Threemana Games (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the HoverSlam Android application (“HoverSlam” or the “App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use HoverSlam.

1. Information We Collect

HoverSlam does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Game-related information, such as settings or game progress, may be stored locally on your device. Threemana Games does not operate a server that receives or stores this game data.

However, HoverSlam uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain information when you use the App.

This may include:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate the general or approximate location of your device.
• Device and account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other applicable identifiers.
• App interactions, such as app launches, taps, ad interactions, and video views.
• Diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, performance information, hang rate, and energy usage.

This information is collected and processed by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

2. How Information Is Used

Information collected through Google AdMob may be used for purposes including:

• Displaying and delivering advertisements.
• Personalizing advertisements where permitted.
• Measuring advertising performance.
• Analytics.
• Preventing fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity.
• Improving the performance and reliability of advertising services.

Depending on your device settings, geographic region, consent choices, and Google’s advertising configuration, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

3. Advertising

HoverSlam uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.

Google and its advertising services may use device identifiers and other information to provide, personalize, measure, and improve advertisements, subject to applicable privacy requirements and your privacy choices.

4. Data Sharing

Threemana Games does not sell your personal information.

Information described in this Privacy Policy may be collected and processed by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Google may process this information in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable laws.

5. Data Stored on Your Device

HoverSlam may store game-related information locally on your Android device.

This information is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by Threemana Games.

Removing the App or clearing its application data may remove locally stored game information, depending on your Android device and backup settings.

6. Data Security

Threemana Games does not maintain a backend database containing HoverSlam user accounts or personal information.

Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption, including Transport Layer Security (TLS).

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Threemana Games does not maintain user accounts or remotely store HoverSlam game data.

Game information stored locally can generally be removed by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling HoverSlam.

Information collected by Google through Google AdMob is retained and deleted according to Google’s applicable policies and retention practices.

8. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your Android version, location, and Google settings, you may have options to control advertising personalization and advertising identifiers.

Android users may also be able to reset or delete their Advertising ID through their device’s privacy settings.

Where required by applicable law, users may be provided with additional consent or privacy choices regarding personalized advertising.

9. Children’s Privacy

HoverSlam is not specifically designed for or directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through HoverSlam.

10. Android Permissions

HoverSlam may request or use the following Android permissions:

• Internet access — used to communicate with advertising services such as Google AdMob.
• Vibration — used to provide gameplay feedback.

HoverSlam does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or precise location.

HoverSlam uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK.
